Camera Setup Agent offers professional installation, setup, and maintenance of third-party security camera systems. We do not manufacture cameras or provide direct video monitoring services.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to enter into binding agreements
• The property owner or authorized representative of the property where services are provided

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for scheduling and installation
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to your property during service appointments
• Obtain any necessary permissions, approvals, or consents required for installation (e.g., from landlords, housing societies, or local authorities)
• Maintain and manage your installed devices, including securing your passwords and accounts

Third-Party Products & Services

Camera Setup Agent installs and configures third-party security cameras and related equipment. We are not responsible for the performance, data storage, or privacy practices of third-party manufacturers or service providers (e.g., cloud storage services, mobile apps). Warranty claims for devices must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payments & Fees

• Service fees will be communicated before installation or maintenance begins.
• Payment terms must be followed as agreed during booking.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Camera Setup Agent is not liable for any damages, losses, or incidents resulting from misuse, malfunction, or failure of third-party equipment. We are not responsible for property damage or security breaches that occur after installation, unless caused by proven negligence during service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24Hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by Camera Setup Agent and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if you:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior toward our staff
• Fail to pay fees owed

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of USA.
